These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lilnap mobile application ("App", "Service"), operated by Lilnap ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

Lilnap is a mobile application designed to support baby sleep and parental peace of mind through features such as calming sounds, a night lamp, sound monitoring, and cry detection alerts.

Lilnap is not a medical device, baby monitor with video, or emergency service, and should not be relied upon for the prevention of harm or life-threatening situations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using Lilnap, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

3. Cry Detection Disclaimer

The cry detection feature analyzes sound levels to detect potential baby crying and send alerts to a connected device.

You acknowledge and agree that:

* Cry detection may not detect all sounds or crying events

* False positives or missed alerts may occur

* Environmental noise, device placement, and hardware limitations may affect accuracy

Lilnap does **not** guarantee continuous monitoring or immediate alerts and is not a substitute for adult supervision.

4. Sounds and Sleep Features

Calming sounds, lullabies, and ambient noises are provided for general comfort and relaxation purposes only. Results may vary depending on the child and environment.

Lilnap does not guarantee improved sleep outcomes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Lilnap may offer free features and paid subscriptions with auto-renewal.

If you purchase a subscription:

* Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

* Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

* You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings

Prices and availability are subject to change.

6. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, sounds, designs, and trademarks within the App are owned by or licensed to Lilnap and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

* Use the App for unlawful purposes

* Interfere with or disrupt the Service

* Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully reliable.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
